The brief for this home was to produce a design that maximised the sensational views whilst at the same time minimising any noise and interruptions from the road. The clients wanted a home that was timeless and luxurious but also homely and inviting.
This home was designed to capitalise on the stunning views over the swan river and surroundings, with the main living and entertaining areas on the second floor away from any road traffic noise and disturbances. The living and entertaining areas span the width of the house, offering magnificent views from every angle.
The use of natural materials in the home like stone and unique timbers give the home a warm and inviting vibe but also give visitors the feeling that the home has been there forever. The home has a number of modern conveniences and luxurious decor items and the functionality of a contemporary home.
